The processing times of the order are approximately 24h., Except in the case of higher orders the number of products immediately available. Shipping methods
The shipment will be made by Corriere GLS and can be tracked via the link sent by email. Delivery times are 48h throughout Italy and may be subject to a slight variation if shipped to Sardinia, the Minor Islands, the Lagoon of Venice and Livigno.
What to do if the package arrives damaged
The goods are entrusted to the courier in the original manufacturer's packaging possibly inserted in cardboard boxes or wrapped in shockproof material suitably sealed with adhesive tape which acts as a seal. In no case other closure materials are used. Upon receipt of the package e before putting his signature on the delivery receipt, the customer is required to check: - the correspondence of the number of packages with that indicated in the delivery note delivery - the integrity of the packaging that must not be damaged or altered - the integrity and presence of the sealing tape. If anomalies are found with respect to the integrity of the parcel and / or tape with "guarantee seal" value, it is necessary o reject the goods or sign the delivery receipt subject to specific control indicating in the notes field the motivation. In both cases, the customer is later required to inform Meysel MakeUp of the incident. We also highlight that the anomalies found on products due to problems attributable to transport must be contested to the courier, even in the case of "withdrawal with reserve", within the deadline maximum of eight days from receipt, so we recommend checking immediately the integrity of the product by promptly informing us. Any reports made beyond the useful terms, they cannot be taken into consideration.
Costs and shipping The shipping cost is € 5.00 for each order, for Minor Islands, Sardinia, Lagoon of Venice and Livigno the cost is € 11.00. Shipping is free for each order of over € 40.00.
